Kenneth’s work on the Criminal Justice Reform Action Team has been instrumental in setting clear cut goals for practical and effective reform. A technical report of the team’s findings and recommendations was accepted by the governor in the Fall of 2022. Kenneth is currently helping lead the team’s effort to implement the recommendations, which include broadening the state’s law enforcement training initiatives to build a trauma-informed approach to policing.
